I prefer offline over online classes, do you have an option for offline learning?

We currently do not have an option for offline classes. Our endeavour is to make quality music education available to all.

Where is MusicaSchool’s office located?

Our Operations Office is located in Andheri West. A postal address is mentioned in the get in touch section.


Who has designed the courses?

All the courses have been designed by industry experts with over twenty five years of experience in training artists who have become household names.

How are the courses designed?

All our courses are designed to facilitate learning at a comfortable pace for the student. There is one session per week, and 12 sessions to be completed in 12 consecutive weeks. This includes a Celebrity Session which is conducted by a well-known music personality.


I prefer offline over online learning. How is online learning going to help me?

Online learning helps you learn from wherever you are. Also our trainers are experienced industry hands who have mentored top music personalities. This is a great opportunity to learn from these experts. If you have a hectic schedule and it is difficult to go to music classes, this is a great option as you can continue your music lessons uninterrupted from wherever you are.

Are these pre-recorded or live classes?

All classes are live/real time sessions with the instructors where they provide feedback, corrections as you practice.

Is there an age limit to learn music?

Children above 6 years of age begin to have an aptitude towards music. On the other hand there is no limit to learning among adults.


Will the timings of the classes be chosen by MusicaSchool or me?

We have 4 time slots to choose from between 8 am to 9pm. You can choose your preferred time slot. A teacher will be assigned to you depending on the time slot and day of the week of your choosing. This schedule will remain fixed for the entire duration of the course.

I have made the payments, enrolled for the classes when will my classes begin?

You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the payments processed and course selected. An instructor along with the class schedule will be assigned to you within 48 hours to 2 weeks of enrolment.

Will I require a musical instrument to begin my music classes?

For singing courses, a Tanpura, electronic tanpura or an tanpura app will be required for Sur reference during the session/classes.

For Guitar classes you will need your own instrument. In case you haven’t purchased one, a make and model may be recommended to you.

Will I be able to sing professionally after joining?

You can learn from a range of our courses but the ability to sing well will depend on how well and quickly you practise and learn.


How do I enroll for a course?

You can enroll for the course of your choice by clicking on the course and making the payments online. Once this payment is processed you will receive the receipt of the payments along with your course schedule. Alternatively you can always contact us via email, or call on the numbers listed in the Get in touch section of the website.

I do not understand the difference between Hindustani Classical, Bollywood, Western. How do I know which class is best for me?

A Counselling Session is recommended if you are having difficulty choosing a course. An expert will then recommend a course / genre best suited for your voice.

I have taken music classes before, how are my skills evaluated?

Your skill level will be assessed during the counselling session and the appropriate course / level shall be recommended.

Can I pay in installments?

Fees can be split into two equal installments only in rare exceptions. The second installment must be paid before the third session of the course. This payment option is not available for the short course “A Perfect Song”

When will my course begin?

How is a Class Conducted?

All sessions are conducted online and you have to login on this website with your credentials to commence your classes. You will meet your instructor online.

What do I need to begin a class ? Getting started

You will require the following;

  1. A Bluetooth / wired headset or earphones,

  2. A Tanpura, electronic tanpura or a Tanpura app on a separate device,

  3. A laptop or smartphone with the following specifications;

For Windows; Windows 10 or higher, Intel Core i5 4-core 8th-generation (T) or higher desktop CPU 8GB Memory, dual memory channel is recommended.

For Mac; macOS 10.14 or higher, M1, M2, and M2 Pro 8GB Unified Memory

For Android; Android 8.0 or higher, an internet connection over WIFI / cellular network with speeds equal to or higher than 1.5 Mbps, with 3Gb or higher RAM.

Supported Android devices; Google, OnePlus, Oppo, Redmi, Samsung, Vivo, Xiaomi, Huawei.

Supported Apple devices; iPhone 8, 8+, X, or newer models, 5th and 6th generation 9.7″ iPad, 7th generation and higher 10.2” iPad, iPad Pro

Network & Lag

Voice and Sound lags could also be due to your network connection and/or problems with your headset. In order to avoid this, we recommend that you check your system at least 15 minutes prior to each class.

Please check your wifi and / or network provider in case of network issues. If problem persists, contact your internet service provider.


I have an emergency and cannot attend today’s class.

Please note that rescheduling is not available for group classes. In the event of non-attendance, the missed session will still be considered attended, and your course will proceed to the next scheduled session. However, rescheduling options are available exclusively for one-on-one classes.

Rescheduling in One on One classes is subject to availability of the teacher and company resources.
To reschedule in a One on One course please write to us at info@musicaschool.com for consideration one week in advance.
The company reserves the right to grant / decline such a request.

At MusicaSchool, we strive to provide the highest quality music education and ensure the satisfaction of our students. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. Please review our refund policy outlined below:

1. Course Cancellations:
– If MusicaSchool cancels a course, a full refund of the course fee will be issued to the student.
– The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method.

2. Student-initiated Refunds:
– For students who wish to cancel their enrolment in a course, the following refund policy applies:
– If a cancellation request is made within 48 hours of enrolment, a full refund of the course fee will be issued.
– If a cancellation request is made after 48 hours of enrollment but 7 days before the course start date, a partial refund of 75% may be granted, subject to a cancellation fee.
– Once the course has commenced, no refund will be provided.

3. Refund Process:
– To request a refund, students must submit a refund request in writing to our customer support team at support@musicaschool.com
– The refund request should include the student’s name, course details, reason for cancellation, and any supporting documentation if required.
– All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the decision of MusicaSchool will be final.

4. Non-Refundable Fees:
– Please note that certain fees may be non-refundable, such as Counselling fees. These non-refundable fees will be clearly communicated to students at the time of counselling / enrolment.

5. Exceptional Circumstances:
– In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen events, MusicaSchool may consider providing a refund or credit on a discretionary basis. Students must provide appropriate documentation to support their claim.

We recommend all students carefully review the course details, requirements, and schedule before enrolling. If you have any questions or concerns about our refund policy, please reach out to our customer support team for clarification.

How do I contact the teacher on non-teaching days while the course is in progress?

When will I receive my certificate?

An assessment will be done after the end of the course and a certificate will be issued from MusicaSchool upon clearing this assessment.

Will I be able to sing professionally after the course?

Depends on how well you pick up / learn from the course.

Events of Force Majeure

An “Event of Force Majeure” means any circumstance not within the reasonable control of the Party affected.

Force majeure allows a party to leave a contract temporarily or permanently, in whole or in part, for catastrophes that were not foreseeable. These catastrophes must cause severe disruption to fulfill a contractual obligation. If the event meets the term in the force majeure clause, both parties can end the agreement without penalty.
